About the Brand

What is Esas Mesas?

Esas Mesas is a Mexico City–based tableware and home brand rooted in cultural heritage and slow design. We work closely with artisans across Mexico to create refined, handmade pieces for the modern table. Each item tells a story — of origin, of place, and of the everyday ritual of gathering.

Where are your products made?

All of our pieces are handmade or hand-finished by artisans throughout Mexico — from Oaxaca to Hidalgo, Jalisco to Chiapas.

What materials do you use?

We work with natural and regionally sourced materials including handblown glass, stoneware ceramics, onyx, and woven cotton textiles — each selected for its beauty, durability, and story.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally soon — subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. We occasionally offer free shipping — sign up for our newsletter for exclusive offers.

Do you offer express shipping?

We currently offer standard U.S. shipping only, but we’re working on faster options in the near future.

Orders & Returns

Where do you ship?

If you need to make a change, please email hello@esasmesas.com within 12 hours, and we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. At this time, return shipping is not covered. Please note: because our products are made in small batches, we are unable to offer exchanges.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Product Care

How do I care for my Esas Mesas pieces?

Each product includes care instructions specific to its material. As a general rule, we recommend gentle hand-washing, avoiding dishwashers and extreme temperature changes.

Can I use your tableware in the oven or microwave?

Most of our pieces are not oven- or microwave-safe unless specifically noted. Please refer to the product listing or care card for individual guidelines.
