Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping for orders over $300. For all orders under $300, a flat rate shipping and handling charge will be applied at checkout. For ground service, customers receive their orders 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch.

RETURNS

Most products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase, with the exception of special orders and sale items which are final sale. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in original condition. Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and customers will assume the cost of return shipping. Provided that the items are received in their original condition, a refund for the full amount of the item will be issued, minus the return shipping fee.

To return or exchange an item, please email info@esasmesas.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to initiate the return.
